Welcome to Pride and Parenting. A blog about parenting in a two mum family, and all the fun and adventures that come with it. I created this blog as when my partner and I were trying to get pregnant (and during the long process in the lead up before) I found myself thinking that I wish I had a friend who had been through the same processes to chat to about my experiences. I vowed to myself that I would one day write about those experiences so that maybe someone who feels as overwhelmed and bamboozled as I did finds somewhere that they feel like someone ‘gets it’. Plus some of the experiences were just too bizarre and funny not to share. Though there are some parts of our journey that are  unique to us as a lesbian couple, many parts of our journey are relatable to others. I hope you enjoy reading about our journey so far.
